Health is a journal focusing on women’s health. Topics cover: beauty, mind and body, food, and life.

Every issue includes the following sections: “From the Editor,” “The Share,” “Health Advisory Board,” and “What I Know Now.”

Even though it is geared toward women, there are articles for everyone. Some feature articles include Simone Biles talking about what it takes to win Olympic gold, power plate, information on hiking, and recipes for salmon.

“From the Editor” is a comment from the editor of the magazine. It could be information about the public impacts of COVID-19 pandemic or about ideas of finding joy in little things outdoors.

“The Share” section covers news, must haves, and trends. In the “Share” section of the July/August issue you can find a smart code for kettlebell workouts. The June issue discussed “How to Dehydrate” and how to clean up your grill. The May issue covered e-bikes and “How to Go Vegan”.

“Health Advisory Board” section includes “Meet the Experts.” Here you will find doctors, nutritionists, trainers, and other experts providing the latest information and inspiration when it comes to health and wellness.

In the “What I Know Now” section, someone will talk about a women’s experiences, for example about self-care and achieving your goals or how they nurtured their mental health.

Health is published monthly except for combined issues in January/February and July/August by Health Media Ventures, Inc. The digital version of the journal can be found in the A-Z Journal List of the Bellevue University Library with coverage from March 2010 to the present.
