Welcome Back Students

The Bellevue University Library is very excited to welcome back students this fall.  We understand that the pandemic has kept some away, but we have remained open throughout the duration of COVID-19, and are dedicated to serving you.  The Bellevue University has many activities planned for this year, and we have a lot of resources and services too.  Below is a list of the top 10 resources and services that we offer throughout the year.

  • Study rooms (for individual or group study). Click here to reserve a study room.
  • 24/7 Librarian chat service (available from the Library’s website)
  • Research assistance program. This unique program is for students who wish to work one-on-one with a reference librarian throughout their educational journey. Please click here and fill out the online form if interested.
  • Online library instruction sessions and APA learning opportunities. Days and times vary. Please use the calendar on the Library’s webpage to sign up.
  • Fast, reliable and secure wireless Internet access.
  • An updated interactive tutorial called BUILD-IT, which stands for the Bellevue University Information Literacy Development Interactive tutorial. This tutorial is available 24/7 and is divided into 5 different modules.
  • PC Computers and printing services: To login to any computer in the Bellevue University Library, please use your student ID number and the password that you use for your online class.
  • Touch-screen scanner access.
  • Quiet study tables and booths.
  • Inter-library loan for journal articles and books that are not available or accessible from the Bellevue University Library. To request interlibrary loan materials, click here.

The Library’s hours are: Monday-Friday 7:30am-10:30pm, Saturdays 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays 10:00am-7:00pm.

The Bellevue University Library offers several Lunch and Learn presentations with guest presenters, as well as craft-making activities throughout the year. All special events are advertised in advance and are free to attend.
