Better Nutrition Journal Review

It seems like every year weight loss always ranks as one of the more popular New Year’s resolutions. Making some lifestyle changes so that we not only look good, but also feel good, is much easier said than done. Fortunately, the Bellevue University Library has a good resource to get you on track and to start working on your New Year’s resolution. You will be pleased to know that the Bellevue University Library subscribes to a great journal titled Better Nutrition.

This authoritative, well-researched journal has information pertaining to dietary concerns, supplements, and other natural products.  There are recipes and food recommendations for a wide variety of topics, weight loss being the most popular. Others hot topics include foods to improve heart health, brain boosters, blood sugar control, immunity boosters, and stress busters. There are also other articles of interest to help readers, and even their pets, eat right for great health. Better Nutrition is published monthly by Active Interest Media, Inc. and is available in the Bellevue University Library’s ProQuest Central and Consumer Health Complete Databases from 1994-present, EBSCO’s Academic Search Complete, and CINAHL Complete databases from 1998-present.
