The Freeman/Lozier Library is always changing to keep up with the latest trends and services to offer you our best. Our More Than Books newsletter has a “Did You Know” section that keeps you informed about the changes that have taken place in the library. Here is the latest news from that newsletter:
Masks must be worn by everyone in the library. Everyone who enters the library must properly wear a face mask as long as they are there, even if they are just walking through the building, unless they are in a study room.
The library has removed the compact shelving from the back wall. All the books on these shelves were relocated to the long row of shelving, creating a nice open area.
All books and library materials must be returned in the bookdrops at either entrance. Due to COVID-19, we are requiring all materials be returned through the bookdrops. They will then be quarantined for a week before checking them in and returning them to the shelf.
