The Bellevue University Library’s LibGuide on “Education” contains resources for classes ranging from introductory such as, Foundations of Education (200), and Introduction to Teaching (210), all the way to more advanced classes such as Assessment and Evaluation in the Classroom (410), and Secondary Education Methods and Practicum (420). Along with providing access to curriculum resources and Praxis, these guides contain eBook resources, journal articles, and physical books found in our collection, streaming videos, and websites. The plentiful resources provided by this guide include titles such as: American Education: A history, Privatizing Educational Choice: Consequences for parents, schools, and public policy, The Common Core State Standards Initiative: An event history analysis of state adoption, A Struggle for Educational Equality: 1950–1980, and 3 Ways to Plan for Diverse Learners: What Teachers Do. These resources help to inform users on a wide range of issues and topics related to the world of education.
