The journal American Fitness can get you on the right path to a healthy lifestyle. Published bi-monthly by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, American Fitness provides a wide variety of news and information articles concerning health and fitness topics. Articles in American Fitness are geared towards a general-public, adult audience interested in personal fitness, while also providing information for fitness professionals interested in educational, certification, and vocational opportunities. This publication includes articles on sportswear, medical issues, health care ethics, fitness science, travel, product reviews, and many aspects of personal health. Articles also focus on motivation, healthy eating, and maintaining fitness goals through resistance training.
