December is here, which means the holiday shopping season is upon us. Perhaps you have already started your shopping or even finished by now, whichever the case; it’s time to shop some more while you are at Bellevue University! Yes, you read that correctly, whether you are on campus attending class, studying, practicing sports, working, or teaching, you also need to find time to SHOP!
On Tuesday, December 12th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the company, Collective Goods, will be in the Library refreshment area selling a large variety of gift items. From books to electronics to home goods to kids’ gifts, and so much more, come on down to check out the retail selection. As even more incentive to shop, part of the profits from all purchases that day will go back to the library! Now you can visit Bellevue University on December 12th with more purpose than just your normal routine for Tuesday – you can get some holiday shopping crossed off your to-do list and give back to the library!
Collective Goods was formerly Books Are Fun, which visited the library for book fairs in past years. Their goal is “to support public education, healthcare, and causes important to your community.” Collective Goods offers quality products at a great value, makeing your shopping trip convenient by coming to you, and they accept cash, credit/debit cards, and even postdated checks up to 30 days. We hope you visit the Bellevue University Library on December 12 and have some holiday shopping fun!
